The kit you heard of is made by a POCA member in Sacramento- Rick Moseley. It is specifically for adding to the Pantera's wiring to correct an overload situation in the headlight area, not stictly as an 'upgrade' to existing systems. Rick's relay system shunts heavy current loads around the headlight switch. In stock form, ALL headlight current goes thru the rather flimsy switch contacts, which was not designed to carry current for hi-powered halogen bulbs.
