Well, it is more like...I do not know. The wiring around the wiper, is a mess. I think since Dave Adler lived in southern CA, he did not worry about it. The relay is not connected to anything, and looks like it had a small fire. From what I can read, the other numbers are 30/51 86/87/88. But I do not know what those mean.
I have it now bypassed from the reostat on the dash, but the wiper motor does not "park" so I was tring to see if the relay was part of the issue. From what I can gather from Santiago, with the Series II the on off switch was moved from the dash to the turn stalk, but interesting that they did not use the reostat from the stalk.
