Engine block Aluminum??

Might as well get into my next subject of doing a new engine. I recently bought a set of ported and polished Yates heads with Jesel rocker arms, raised ports etc.. I also got the Pantera headers and intake to match the heads. Now my question is I want to do an aluminum block, do I go with a Windsor setup and stroke it out or stick with aluminum Cleveland block (Fontana). I also want to do an EFI IR set too. At the moment I know the availability of Windsor stuff sure out weighs the Cleveland so I think I kinda answered my own question....
