I'm in line for one of Tods blocks. I sent a deposit when the project was announced. I was in contacy with Tod by e mail last week and there was some trouble with the casting if I understood him reply correctly. Tod is a man of few words but his reputation seems perfect. There are details and pictures on the cleveland site. If these blocks ever get completed, you have the cleveland architecture with modern updates. Maybe Dan can speak to the point of the potential of the buttermore blocks but I believe a 440 or 427 displacement in no problem. I think the aluminum was $2800 and the iron a little cheaper. I hope they're worth the wait.
