engine cover

I just put the new Edelbrock air gap rpm manifold on (Works great by the way). Now my stock engine cover does not work with this, unless I cut a hole in it. Which I won't do. Is there an after market cover that looks halfway decent and allows for a higher than stock manifold (by 2")? Thanks
