Deto...You might wanna 2x check the wires, especially ones in the firing order adjacent to each other (like #5 and #6). Reason I say this is because I had a similar issue on another project, swore up-and-down the order was correct, checked 2x before...........and sure enough thats what it was. In fact it didnt make a noise until about 2000rpm. Sounded like a hollow knock of sorts.
