I haven't heard about this yet, but it's very likely. In Denmark drunk driving fines are pay related already, so why not the serious crime of speeding.

If it happens here in Denmark, I need to decide whether to emigrate or reduce my income

Come to think of it, I should maybe do some speeding while it's affordable...
