Evac Pump and Running Remote Oil Filters and Cooler

So since the A/C doesn't work and I live in Seattle where heat is not an issue except maybe a handful of days during the summer, I was thinking of boxing up the condenser and the the compressor so that if the future owner wants to put them back into order they can. As far as I'm concerned they are dead weight. Soo, I've seen a few people running remote filters. I'd like to put in a setrab oil cooler with a spal electric fan where the condensor goes and run an evac pump where the compressor went. Does anyone run an evac pump in place of the compressor? Did you fab up your own brackets to mount it? Does anyone have pictures of a similar setup? Any downsides to running a remote filter and cooler? Hoping it will bring engine temp down a little when stuck in slow moving traffic and free up some horsepower with the evac pump. Definitely open to hear peoples thoughts on the idea. Also what size AN lines did you run to the filter/cooler and does anyone have a diagram of how to do this right?

-Edit, just did some reading and realized most EVAC pumps won't last on the street due to lack of oil returning which is used to lubricate the pump. It only works in racing. Supposedly GZ makes a street oriented pump, but still not sure how long it would last.
