Exhaust fumes in the car.??...

I have resealed, double insulated and checked for leaks??... Has anyone else had a problem with fumes in the car?.. The car seems to create a vortex or high pressure and I consistantly get fumes in the car. Not as bad w/windows down of course due to exchange but?.. Anyone??... Thanks...
