Hum, the Pantera stock exhaust manifold IS a header.
It has heat shields welded to it. Maybe that's why you didn't recognize it as a header.

IF by chance you need a set of cast iron 351c exhaust manifolds for another purpose, I do by chance have a decent 2v pair cluttering up the shop.
