exhaust pipes and mufflers

I have just jet-coated hall type headers. I am trying to get pipes that will fit. It is very tight fit and the muffler man is having challenges bending pipes. I am trying to use flowmaster mufflers. They are little bigger but I love the sound. Do these pipes from the headers back need to be mandril bent? Do I just give up and by from a vendor. Any sugesstions on pipe and muffler packages.
