Fabricating Bumpers

I'm looking into fabricating my own Pre-L rear bumpers and Euro front bumpers to avoid paying the outrageous prices for them. Can anyone give me some dimensions such as projection from the body and depth of bumper at the body and the outside edge. These dimensions will at least get me close to the original bumper look and the rest will be custom.
