Looks like 650 or 700 Holley of the 4150 series.
Look at the front of the carb for a number.
It will be something like 'LIST 4777-4' or 'LIST 4778-2'.

See the green arrow in the picture.

(I have a spare 700cfm 4778-2 at home that looks just like the one in your picture)
