Feeling dumb without a lift...((Locating my Thermostat))

My thermostat is stuck/ coolant won't get to the radiator... and I need to change it but can seem to find it...it must be inline and I can see it??

Does anyone know where it should be located or know do I need to remove the center console access panel to find it?

Feeling a bit dumb here not finding it... Thanks Guys!
