He drives the Pantera in both issue #408 (the one your images above came from), as well as in #645 where he has a flashback and the car has GT5 flares and a huge fin on the back. He obviously caught Modder Fever and had Alfred trick out the car

I'm waitin' for Wayne to paint a big black bat symbol on the hood of his car :-)

P.S. If you want to fill out your collection of Panteraphernalia just watch e-bay, they show up every so often - mine cost me about $5 each plus shipping.
