First time on a Dyno

Took my P car for the first time on a dyno. The technician said he wanted to get some base-line figures without any modifications.
At 4800 rpm the car showed 232 rear wheel horsepower and 415 lbs torque. I was disappointed at the HP figures but the torque seemed high. Are these figures about right?
