fix Avatar?

marlinjackThe Machinist #5723 AMARGOSA MACHINE 'Running on Empty- Middle of Nowhere'

Hello All! When I first 'Loaded' my avatar, only half of it appeared. Can anyone explain to me how I may reload and fix or change the Avatar? I Think I have tried all of the boxes at the top of this page. Thanks!
