It shouldnt be a problem as long as the rings are not too deep. Just in case, you might want to put a steel flare fitting in a bench and tighten each fitting well before installing. A small amount of tube rotation while tightening will polish the flare.

By the way, you probably spent 50 bucks for your flaring tool. The factory stuff is done on multi thousand dollar machines.
