note that this is a double hinge system if the gill is hing directly to the impreza hinge the angel is wrong and the gill will not be able to open very far and will chip car paint work.
we just welded a comerical hinge from hardware store to the car hinge. and then panel bonded the hardware store hinge to the the gill. sorry photos not great was thinking about making hte thing work not taking step by step pics. so am doing this in arears.
