I googled Amerisport Pantera, and came up with this picture from George’s site.

It doesn’t seem to be quite the same car, unless they changed the sugar scoop and rear wing, but the tail treatment looks to be the same. This one also doesn’t seem to have the glued-on fiberglass body work.

Wouldn’t a car with the VIN number of 1473 have to have been retrofitted? I would assume the Amerisport cars all came in a block or had much later serial numbers.
