Ford factory intake

I am having a local guy build my Cleveland. the recent post about blue thunders got me thinking about the intake I am suppose to get. But I need some help identifing.

the builder told me it is an aluminun dual plane. the numbers I have in my notes are D1DXDA (?). It is an angled base and the builder is suppose to machine level and straighten the bolt holes

any information about this manifold would be apprecciated.
