Okay. I have to put in my two cents.

I've owned my Panteras for almost 30 years. I started with a stock one then found out all the wonderful things one could do to make this amazing car look even better and run so much faster, smoother and more reliably. Guys like Mike help lovers of this work of art discover the incredible variety and talent among Pantera owners and Pantera shops.

Stock is okay. To each his own. But these cars are not museum pieces for glass showcases. And most Pantera owners bought them because their knees went weak the first time they saw that rear end view. We love to drive them. And they are not financial investments.

Don't knock individual taste. It's what separates this breed from Ferraris and most other exotics.
A "no longer stock" Pantera sure sounds better and leaves most 1/2 million dollar babies vibrating in the dust. Actually, aside from putting my foot down, I also love rolling slowly past my neighbors' parked stock exotics as my 2000rpm low thunder sends their alarms screaming.

Looks meaner. Sounds better. Goes faster. All for less than half the price. Cool Italian styling. Good 'ole American iron. A lot of love. And good taste.
