It seems hard to believe that you wear 1 mm off the clutch with every shift.....

It may be thin, or it may not be.

I personally think that if he has the clutch apart (and is measuring 1-2 mm directly) he may as well replace things "while you are in there". And a clutch is only $400-500, right?

Sometimes I think we get a bit hysterical about "what could happen" on this board... Maybe I'll start a new thread on that!
