Front air dam construction.

I just started on the air dam this weekend so it will be a while before I make a page for it. This is the general idea though. From here it will take a long process of cutting, grinding, fitting, welding 3" hammer, dolly, repeat. It will take some time before it looks much different:

The second photo has a side strip which will bring in the side shape.
