I found the source of my Pantera's creaking and groaning noises by jacking my Pantera up and down with a hydraulic trolley jack. IF the poly bushes are the problem you will hear a slow creaking as the a-arms move up and down.
The tricky part is getting the jack under the chassis!

The noise mine makes also has an "up and down feel".
