You can get NAPA replacement dust boots. They are a couple of bucks a piece. I think that you have to use the pickle fork now. If you had polly bushings with the stainless steel sleeves I doubt that the shock bolt would be seized up. Whatever you put back, make sure that you use anti-sieze compound on the shaft of the bolt.
