Front mounted AC Condenser Cooling Fans

Hello,

I am looking at installing a front mounted AC condenser soon and have questions about the cooling fans control.
What do you have them controlled by? Do you just turn them on whenever the AC is running? Or is there some sort of temp/pressure control that cycles them on and off. It seems to me that they don’t need to be on all the time when I am going 80MPH.
