Front spindle ??

Have had all my suspension on 3840 powder coated.
now its all clean I find one of the Kingpins/ uprights or front axle spindles (whatever you call them) is bent. now the thread on the spindle is Left hand so I assume it came from the left/drivers side of the car? I would like to have it repaired and invite others who may have some experience of this type of repair for advice
its a second series unit, the cost of another is a whopping $450, then I have to get it carted to England and pay the revenue men as well, so am hoping for some good news here, I imagine its a forged steel item of immense strength, see pic
