The lights aren't usually attached to the spoiler. They are attached to the bottom pan on the nose and aligned through the vents in the spoiler.
I think though that the pictures that you see on the cars don't accurately portray how exposed those lights are to damage and how close to the pavement they are. They're right down there.
The little GTS spoiler will catch the curb if you aren't careful.
Hall has this electronically controlled front end raising kit so that you can get in and out of your driveway with the big GT air dam with minimal damages.
You can't make a fist and slide it under the nose.
The lights are hanging right down there too.
