Frustrated!!!!

I am sure I may offend some people with this but I just can not help myself. I am so amazed when people have problems with thier vehicles that they attempt the fix with Lipstick, bubblegum and nail polish!!! No wonder we can not get the values of these Pantera's up to a level of where they truly should be. Why can't people fix the problem the correct way? If you have an oil leak, fix it with either a new gasket, new part etc.etc... Call me silly but I just don't get it. Some people would rather run to the local Home Depot store and spackle silicone all over the motor or stuff racket balls all over the car to stop sqeaks and say they fixed it? I just think these car deserve to be fix correctly rather than just putting a bandaid on it. Don't get me wrong, tricks of the trade are alway handy, but let's not be foolish about it. All Pantera's derserve better attention.
