I am the 1st to admit that with mechanical things, I can do it all. But electrical.... The only thing that works for me is, in your case, to check with a VOM for a dead-short, then select a non-powered wire and visually chase it backward until you find the break. Do NOT depend on the wiring diagrams (there are 4 that I know of, all slightly different) to help much. I have yet to find a Pantera of any year in which any of the diagrams are a perfect match. This is a tedious, difficult, low-cost way of fixing such a problem, but its the best I can do. Where are you located?
