hi paul
i have a 72l and i have a relay panel in the left kick panel that has relays.my turn signal,light pop up relay and my fuse control relay control.if yours is not in this area turn on your ignition switch and listen for a click,follow it and this is where i believe your problem may be.check the power to the relays by turning the ignition off and on,check the connectors,look for rust on these connections ,claen and try again
