Fans draw a lot of current. 30A would be a reasonable fuse rating. Can't see the photos in your link, bad link.

Also, from the photo, it seems that you still have the old style fuses. Refitting with the http://www.pantera-electronics.com/fuse%20panel.htm Pantera Electronics ATO fuse panel would be wise.
