We purchased a home in Vegas. Its in escrow and scheduled to close within the month. The garage door opener is for the Vegas house. I've started planning. I'm leaning towards a Chamberlain belt driven lift unless I hear something bad about it. I have a Genie here in Hawaii and have been generally happy with it.
