I replaced my old Genie with a Lift- Master Belt drive about 6 years ago. Very happy! It is much quieter then the Genie! There is a new opener that goes over the door itself, not hang over the cars! Don't know the make? If I ever need to replace the opener again I think I would look in to this kind! Cost?

Thanks, I did research on the Idrive (which attaches to the torsion rod above the door) I read that they have longevity problems as well as problems if the unit isn't adjusted/installed "just right". Enough negative reviews to make you think of passing on it.
