Seeking garage floor coating experiences

Anyone here installed their own or have product advice? I have been poking around garagejournal but its hard to gauge product durability in a 'working' garage. I was leaning heavy towards a high solids polyaspartic with chips & clear. But some newer urethane based coatings hitting the market sound more promising (Rust Bullet / Nohr-S). My concrete slab is fresh, so prepwork is also undecided. I have heard grinding no mater what creates the best adhesion. What are your guys experiences? Do you work in your garage? pulling jacks / engine hoists around?
