I bought a portable scissor lift years ago. I mounted the portable hyd unit on the wall and put 2x10's along the floor because the car was too low. Best piece of equipment I have ever bought. I would get a 4 poster only if I wanted to walk under the car or to store another car under it. Otherwise I don't want the posts or frame in the way of working on the car. The scissor is perfect for working on the body, wheels or suspension. If I work under the car, I only need a stool. It raises the car 54".
Damn, at 54" I can almost stand underneath as I am only 4' 16". BAWAHAHAHAHAH
