On my daily drivers, I change every 4 months or 5k miles. The Pantera runs Mobil1 and I change it once a year.

I also change the ZF annually (Castrol Hypo C) and the clutch fluid (Castrol GT LMF).

If you are not changing the clutch fluid, you will have problems with the master and slave cylinder seals. I found out the hard way. It is good preventative maintenance.
