There really only are two. It depends on which dash you have.
The dual pod takes a covered metal one and the single pod takes a molded plastic one.
I had them both here at one time and didn't think to check to see if they were the same, but just that fact seems to remind me that one will not fit the other.
No I know for sure there are 4 types of glove boxes , I have them all 4.

I only know of the 2 US versions. What they did in Europe, who knows but if you want to count adding do dads here and there to the two basic types, probably more that just four?
