I was told this will take another 18 months. What a joke. My car stays registerd in caifornia until the Feds get off their butts, as usual, and get it done.

Ha ha, we do what we gots to do. I used to know dudes that switched engines here in CA when we had to do smog in the past, then switched back after smog test.
