Thanks PanteraDoug! I will drain and refill the trans!

How difficlut is it to remove the bottom cover and see if the ring gear is safety wired? (Looks like a chore!) There are two long bolts that don't look like they will come out without lifting the trans up a bit. Would it be worth it to remove the cover?
