There is a gentleman by the name of Dick Koch in Atlanta that has dual superchargers on his cat. He posts quite often on the Detomaso Forum as does Dan Jones. I haven't personally had the pleasure of speaking to Dan as all of his assistance on my engine was done via e-mail. He's currently building a killer engine for his cat & is a very busy guy so is often hard to get ahold of. No secrets to my engine - original block bored .030, forged flat top pistons, 2V quench heads w/stainless steel single piece valves, custom ground cam by "Rocket"cam company (spec'ed by Dan),Roller rockers,X-celerator single plane manifold, & 650 Speed Demon carb topped off with a chrome 14" air cleaner w/ K&N air filter. Don't have a Dyno in Topeka, so don't have any real HP figures, but my "Butt-O-Meter" tells me I've got lots more power & torque than with the old low compression engine I started out with. Hopefully, one day I'll get her on a dyno & I'll get some real #'s.
