I don't think the appeal is lost,the car has to be done right.If you look at the side shot of that car,you will see that the wheels are way to far forward in the rear well and too far back in the front.That is a sure sign the flares where not done with the wheels mounted yet to get a true center point.That is what you get when you deal with non pantera experienced shops.If you are looking at a converted car and it wasn't done by an experienced shop in panteras RUNNNNN!!!!.If i see a car was done by a pantera vendor i consider it to be worth alot more.
