wheels and tires and ride height are fine. My question is about placement of the flares and fitment on the body. The wheels will never center on the fender as they are bias to the rear. I have the wheels and tires for the conversion. 15x10 front and 15x12 rear.

The question is about the open space around the tire once the flare is fitted to the car. Also, opinions as to the distance between the sidwall of the tire and the lip on a horizontal measurement is also requested. I have about 2 inches on this plane.
