I can't comment on the Group IV flares from PPC but the GTS steel flares I got from Dennis Quella were a work of art. I previously had a set that were decent but also would have required some work to fit them up properly. On one of my visits to his shop he showed me the fit and finish of the ones he offered, I sold mine and bought his.

Perhaps the size and personal preference for position of the GpIVs make fit a bit more of a challenge?
