Group IV Front Spoiler

Can anyone put me in touch with someone who makes or can sell me a front spoiler made specifically for a Group IV flared fender car? I currently have a removable Group V spoiler on now and it is way too low. I heard that Kirk Evans has made and sold them in the past. Can someone give me an e-mail address for Kirk? Please help, I enjoy the look of the removable front spoiler but can't drive it on the streets since the clearance is only 3 INCHES ! ! !
