Yes Hall Pantera & Pantera Parts Connection sell a "GT5" front spoiler for narrow body Panteras, which is what is shown in the picture posted by Julian, but they also sell a spoiler for the GT5, which has the extended ends to blend with the GT5 front wheel flares. It should be a "close" match for Gp4 wheel flares as well, it won't be a direct bolt on, but with a little work it can be made to blend & fit.
