P.I. lists their NOS Carello lenses and the kit for $499. I do not know if other vendors sell just lenses alone, or complete sets. I'd try Wilkinson for that.
The eBay vendor that sells the "NEW" lenses that I think are the 'superreflex" Carello reproductions opens at $139 with $24 S/H.
I have thought about the LED replacement bulbs, but have not done them, nor do I know anyone who has. If you replace all the bulbs with LED's, I believe you may run into trouble with your flasher function, as the flasher function is dependent on the amperage draw of the filaments, and the LED's draw very little power. This is worked around by adding a resistor to the circuit to restore the amperage draw.
