Kirk says that his wing will mount using two 8mm bolts per strut (as opposed to four for the factory wing). For my factory four bolt wing, whenever I took it off, I would simply use plastic plugs from NAPA to fill the holes. It looked just fine. The key is to pad the underside of the strut so the struts do not scratch your decklid.
