You need to use a photo image program (e.g. Microsoft Office Picture Manager) and resize the picture to something like 800 x 1000, or 600 x 800 pixels).

The site only accepts small sized pictures.

The 800 Height x 1000 Wide size fills up the frame with just a little off to the side.
